Jake Toth is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the BUBBL group at the University of Oxford. He earned his PhD from the University of Sheffield, where his research focused on transcranial electrical stimulation and electroencephalography. His doctoral work included developing an accessible approach for standardized transcranial electrical stimulation dosing and an investigation into the effects of transcranial direct current stimulation on vigilant attention.

In addition to his PhD research, Jake has held various Research Associate and Research Assistant roles at the University of Sheffield, contributing to a range of projects utilizing brain-computer interfaces. At Oxford, his current research focuses on using transcranial ultrasound stimulation to modulate human brain activity.
